General Józef Haller von Hallenburg formed an Army of Polish men who went to France to fight with the Allies in WWI. Many men from Northeastern Pennsylvania joined Haller’s Army. Here you will find both a list of their names and learn how to request information from The Polish Museum of America on their application to join Haller’s Army including their date and place of birth and usually the name and address of a parent or other close relative.
